The service

The AI Project Brief turns your description of a website project into a written brief and recommended design direction. The complete brief is free. Website projects are quoted separately in writing; payment is not taken on this site.

AI-generated content

• Briefs are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are a starting point, not professional, legal or financial advice. Please review them before relying on them.
• You are responsible for what you enter and for how you use the output, and you must have the right to share any content you enter.
• You may use your generated brief freely for your own project. To report content that infringes your rights, email wjvs78@icloud.com; we will remove infringing content and may suspend repeat offenders.
• We may refuse, filter or remove content and restrict access to keep the service safe.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including: unlawful use; fraud or spam; infringing others' intellectual property; creating hateful, harmful or deceptive content; attempting to bypass safeguards ("jailbreaking"); or interfering with security (malware, probing, scraping or overloading the service).

Intellectual property

We keep ownership of the website, the brief builder, our designs, documentation and the VANTA brand.

Availability

We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

Suspension

We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, except where the law does not allow this to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
